Runmeter Running & Walking GPS App Reviews

I have loved previous iterations of this app; Ive been using it to track my runs since April of 2012, and it is indispensible. Ive used the 10k through marathon training programs, as well as customized my own program to get my speed up. Too many great features to list, but its the best running app on the App Store and Ive tried them all!

I switched to Apple iPhone and I found I needed a reliable run manager to replace what I had and I found this. I especially like the stats tracking.

FINALLY found the practically perfect run app that gives me all the data I need! Plus love the email notification feature... Well worth its price!

Ive had Runmeter since it first came out. It just gets better with every update! I use it daily and I have no doubt I couldnt live without it! :)

No. Uninstalled. Its a shame you jumped off that greedy freemium edge. I just want to walk and post to MyFitnessPal. This used to be free. Not any more.

I am creating a run-tracking app as a side project, so I downloaded and tried every competitor app in the App Store. Runmeter is the BMW of run-tracking apps in terms of the feature set and attention to detail. I would recommend it without hesitation over every other run-tracking app. @vermont42

App works very well. Accurate and easy to use with lots of features.

This is easy to use and reliable. I like that it syncs with my calendar and music folder. My favorite feature is the maid that show all of the streets I run on while vacationing.

They thought of everything with this app - it has so many bell and whistles.

Keeps me informed of time grade and distance. Great stats and graphs. Works anywhere.

Best app I have, period! The updates just keep improving each time. Every time I have an issue, the staff is lightning quick to respond back & solve whatever problem I have right away. I couldnt get by without this motivational app it has changed my life for the better. Keep up the great work guys!

The app previously was a 5 star, until they removed the map. Please fix this! And I would like to add a photo with each workout.

In a word, the best. Its sad that if you google the app your hard pressed to find any good reviews or info. Think of the app as a garmin on steroids. It takes effort on your part to set it up just right for you and has soooo many options to do so. I have my phone with me for safety for myself and also my parents are older so why not cut the extra clutter and have my phone tracking all my data. Pulse you do not have to put has another device. They are always making tweaks to the app and are the only company that actually reads, responds and gives 100% to the customers that Pay their bills. You do have to pay a year fee for the top end services but well worth it and cheaper then a new watch.

This is the most comprehensive GPS sports app, with more features than I found in all other apps combined.

Ive been using the RM app for a year, XC skiing, bicycling, and hiking. Completely satisfied, and when checked against by bike computer, dead accurate. I no longer manually record my activities, they are all on RM, and easily reviewed by the day, week, month or year.
